Profyle District stands behind our goods/services and we want our customers to be satisfied. Before every order leaves our facility, it will be carefully inspected by our fulfillment team. If you receive an item that has any damage, you must notify our customer service team at info@profyledistrict.com within 3 days of delivery.

All Sales Are Final
No refunds, returns or exchanges are accepted unless a mistakes was made on our behalf.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
All items are made to order. Please confirm the correct size, color and design prior to placing order. If you are not sure or have questions about an item please contact us before placing order.

Exchange/Return
If an exchange or return is granted, all items must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
Items with odors or stains (makeup, deodorant or body fluids, etc.) will not be accepted.
When opening packages please use care to avoid damaging items. We will not accept items damaged during the opening of the package.
All exchanges or returns must be accompanied by a return authorization form from Proyle District.
